Neo created a novel way to inspire greener lifestyles at the LONDON AWARE event. The Room For Change was a virtual living room decorated with eco-friendly products and installations, designed by Neo to give consumers everyday ideas for greener living. Installations included a goat made from hubcaps (to encourage people to consider buying ethical or recycled gifts) and a toilet full of mobile phones to communicate how recycling your mobile can fund capital projects in the third world (as well as highlighting the dangers of texting on the toilet). You can see more pictures of the Room For Change – with its unique cross-stitch branding – at the new Room For Change website or alternatively read Smartplanet’s review of the event.
